Return & Exchanges
We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but don’t worry if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return, or to exchange your items starting from the day you receive your order.
We’ll give you a full refund on your items by the same method you used to pay in most cases. This refund will also include the delivery fee. All we ask is that items are returned clean (no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains) - unworn – unwashed and have all their tags on. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.
If you would like to exchange an item, please complete a return and place a new order.Non-Returnable Items: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags.
Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box.
For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, pierced and body jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged (unless they are faulty).
Returns that do not meet our return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Faulty Products: If your item is damaged or defective when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply contact us or request a return through your ICONETTE account within 5 days of receiving your order.
Late Returns: Your purchase should be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this period may be accepted at the discretion of ICONETTE and our designer partners, and may only be refunded as a store credit.
Refund: Returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching successfully designer's studio. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card or Paypal account (PayPal payments funded by a credit or debit card will be refunded to that card.). This varies depending on your financial institution.
How to Request a Return or Exchange?
To initiate a return, just log into your account using your e-mail address and password, then click on the “Return Your Item” button to make a return request. You may also submit your return request directly on this page by clicking the button below.
To exchange a product please complete your return via our return center and make a new order.
